Capture the King Privacy Policy

Da Mystro Gamings provides Capture the King as an entertainment strategy game. This policy explains the information used by the game and its supporting services.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, display name, and a service-generated account identifier when you create or use a DMG account.
- Gameplay information: multiplayer rooms, turns, game status, chip balances, and win/loss records associated with an account.
- Diagnostics and usage information: technical events used to operate, secure, and improve the game, including information generated by Firebase services.
How we use information
- Provide account sign-in, password recovery, and saved player records.
- Operate online matchmaking and multiplayer games.
- Protect the service, diagnose problems, and improve reliability.
Guest and local play
Player vs Player and Player vs AI can be played without creating a named account. Local settings, chips, and records may be stored on the device. Online multiplayer requires an account.
Third-party services
The game uses Google Firebase services, including Authentication, Realtime Database, Hosting, Cloud Functions, and Analytics where enabled. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Advertising
The iOS and Android apps use Google Mobile Ads to display interstitial advertising at natural breaks before some matches. The apps request consent information where required and request non-personalized ads. Google Mobile Ads may process IP-based approximate location, device identifiers, advertising data, app interactions, diagnostics, and performance information to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising.
Game chips
Game chips are for entertainment only. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred for money, or exchanged for real-world prizes.
Children
The game is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes information was collected in error may request assistance through the support page.
Data choices
You may play local modes without a named account. You may also request help with account information or deletion through the Capture the King support page.
Security and changes
We use service access controls and Firebase security rules to help protect information. No system is completely secure. We may update this policy when the game or applicable requirements change; the effective date above will show the latest revision.
